Bridging G7 and G20

G7 Germany & G20 Indonesia

This year’s German G7 Presidency and the Indonesian G20 Presidency are of special global momentum to accelerate global climate action in the spirit of leaving no one behind. The Foundations Platform F20 considers the G7 as a subgroup of the G20. This is why, the F20 Climate Solutions Forum seeks to discuss and determine the most pressing challenges in a solutions-oriented cross-sectoral dialogue for the G7 and the G20. In this connection,  the F20 recommendations address both the G7 and the G20 advocating for ambitious joint action to deliver on the goals of the 2030 Agenda and the Paris Climate Agreement.

The Good Times Summit

The Good Times Summit is a hybrid start-up and innovation summit for entrepreneurs and changemakers with special focus on themes such as sustainable impact and green and digital transformation. With Germany holding this year’s G7 Presidency and Indonesia hosting the G20 summit in Bali, major emphasis will be put on the presidency countries whilst aiming for a global audience. In this regard, all G20 countries are highly welcome to actively participate in the discussions.

The Good Times Summit generally convenes in a hybrid format with multiple locations underscoring the considerable reach of the start-up scene across Indonesia and the world. Speakers include key figures of change from the F20 partner network, G20 representatives, start ups and entrepreneurs as well as investors.
